About the Author

William Edmund Wallace is a musician, writer, student, and retired game designer from Austin, Texas. He has released two albums under his own name, and played on or produced albums for other Austin artists. He recently left a 24 year career in the video games industry to pursue a degree in English and Creative Writing at the University of Texas. He was a 2025 Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions semi-finalist and had to privilege to be one of the rare people who gets to lose twice on the acclaimed U.S. quiz show.
